Hi my name is Kate I'm a freshman at Tyler School of Art an I think I will major in graphic design but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'm 18 years old I was born in Little Rock Arkansas, but I now live in Exton PA. As well as graphic design I also enjoy photography especially travel photography. I do plan on traveling a lot in the future especially to places with mountains. I enjoy nature and I like to be outside a lot. So far one of my favorite places I've been is Shelburne Falls MA where once during the ice age these glaciers moved causing rocks under them to spin making these huge potholes into the earth. 

I enjoy things like hiking, camping, swimming, snowboarding, ect.... So far my favorite place I've been hiking is in the Shenandoah Valley in virginia. besides being outside I love music i like all different kinds of music, music with words, music without, old music, new music, just a lot of music. I also love movies, I love Wes Anderson movies and they're all on my list of favorites, but as of now my favorite movie is Into the Wild. It's a true store about this guy Chris McCandless and how he escapes society by going into the wild and it follows him as he travels around going from the east coast, to the west coast, to mexico, to the midwest, and it shows the people he met and how he impacted their lives. His final quest was to go live alone in alaska where he later dies of starvation.  This is a picture of the real Chris McCandless infrot of the abandoned bus where he lived. 

After college I'm hoping to get a job up in New England because I think It's beautiful there and I HATE hot weather so I never plan on going anywhere south of here. But as for now I'm content being back here at school being overloaded with work and trying my hardest to make free time.
